Bankstown City Council is preparing a Local Area Plan for the North West Bankstown area. This includes: Sefton, Chester Hill, Villawood, Bass Hill and Georges Hall.
The Local Area Plan will guide the future growth of the area including development options for the Chester Hill, Sefton and Bass Hill town centres. The Plan will also improve open space and community facilities, and address traffic and parking issues.
We look forward to your comments and ideas and using them in the plan's development.
