Delivery Program 2011/15 & Operational Plan 2011/12

Earlier this year Bankstown's Community Plan 2021 was adopted outlining the strategic vision for the city, as identified by key stakeholders through wide consultation.

Council's contribution to the Plan can be found in our:

• Delivery Program containing the broad goals and strategies for 2011/15; and
• Operational Plan detailing the specific services, initiatives and works planned for 2011/12.

Adopted in June 2011, our Delivery Program is designed to be the single point of reference for all activities undertaken by Council.  All Council plans, projects, activities and funding allocations are directly linked to the Delivery Program and Operational Plan and the supporting asset, financial and workforce strategies.

This forward planning places Council in a strong position to build on the current services provided to the community. Our significant achievements in recent years demonstrates our commitment to long term planning to better meet the needs of our community.
